The Watchmaker

Viktor Kozlov

"Every watch has a story. My privilege is to ensure it continues."

For over four decades, Master Watchmaker Viktor Kozlov has been the trusted guardian of timepieces for Brooklyn's most discerning collectors. His journey began in the Swiss Jura—the birthplace of haute horlogerie—where he trained under masters who understood that watchmaking is as much art as science.

In 1987, Viktor brought his expertise to Brooklyn Heights, establishing Atlantic Timepiece Atelier as a sanctuary for watches deserving of exceptional care. The workshop has never advertised; clients find their way here through whispered recommendations from auction houses, dealers, and fellow collectors.

The workshop: Where precision meets patience

The Workshop

A Sanctuary for Timepieces

The atelier on Atlantic Avenue is more than a workshop—it's a sanctuary where timepieces receive the focused attention they deserve. Natural light floods the space through original 19th-century windows, illuminating workbenches equipped with the finest Swiss and German tools.

Every tool has been selected with care, from vintage staking sets restored by Viktor himself to state-of-the-art timing machines. The workshop maintains the temperature and humidity controls necessary for precision work.

No computers hum in the background, no phones ring. When you step inside, the only sound is the soft ticking of watches being tested—the heartbeat of history.
